XXIX European Colloquium on Heterocyclic Chemistry
Virtual Event April 26-28, 2021
All participants are invited to register and submit abstracts of scientific communications which will be peer-reviewed for their acceptance. The abstracts of the accepted communications will be published in the electronic book of abstracts accessible to all conference attendants.
Participants wishing to present an oral communication or a poster should submit abstracts using the abstract submission menu available on the website. The preference of oral and poster presentation should be indicated by the applicant during the submission process (please tick where appropriate on the form).
Oral Communications
After the OC selection process, the selected authors will be requested to upload a 10 minutes pre-recorded presentation which will be available for replay during the virtual conference. Dedicated OC and Poster Sessions will be scheduled within the programme. The authors will be required to be virtually present during one of the session, as a chat will allow participants to contact them regarding their presentation.
Poster Presentations
After abstract acceptance, authors will be invited to upload the corresponding poster (a one page PDF, in 16:9 landscape format) via the "My Registration" menu.
All posters will be visible via the virtual poster hall during the entire duration of the conference. Posters will be searchable by title, thematic, keywords & authors. Dedicated OC and Poster Sessions will be scheduled within the programme. The authors will be required to be virtually present during these Sessions, as a chat will allow participants to contact them regarding their presentation
Deadlines:
In order to submit your abstract, select “Abstract submission” under the “Registration” menu. Log in using your registration number (received upon registration) as well as your e-mail address. Select “Abstract Submission” and “Add”.
The pdf will be inserted in the book of abstract as shown on the preview. Please be aware that it is your responsibility to fill in all data correctly and completely. Any errors in spelling, grammar or scientific fact will be reproduced as typed by the author.
You can have access to your poster via the website and make changes to it, until submission deadline, by using your registration number and email address as indicated at registration.
